Great Location Positive: The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the property is amazing. There is a tram stop outside and also access to the underground station opposite and the windows are super great at keeping out the noise of the trams. Though it was also very easy to walk to lots of the local shops, restaurants and historical buildings. There is a large supermarket less than 5 minute walk from the apartment which is great when self-catering. Check in instructions were very clear including a video and that was great. The hosts contacted us to make sure we had settled in and had everything we needed and it was nice to feel that they were accessible if needed. Wifi worked well. Negative: There isn't a lounge area so nowhere to sit together apart from around the kitchen table or sitting on your bed to watch TV.

Positive: Muy cómodo y amplio. Ubicación excepcional. Práctico. Ropa impecable. Negative: Falto alguna fuente y jabón para la ducha.

Zentral gelegene schöne Fewo - gut geeignet für Kurztrip nach Berlin Positive: Die Lage ist sehr gut, man gelangt fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Spots. Der Friedrichstadtpalast liegt fast vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Schön ist, dass WC, Dusche und Waschbecken in separaten Räumen verbaut sind. Negative: Die Straßenbahn direkt unter den Schlafzimmer-Fenstern war schon sehr laut, also besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Das zweite Bett ist nur 140 cm, könnte auch besser 160 cm sein, wie das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer.

Voor herhaling vatbaar Positive: Ruim appartement met alle comfort. Ligging vlak aan een metro en tramhalte is echt handig. Veel goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De tram maakt wel veel lawaai als je een lichte slaper bent.
